All sessions are led by Charles Hart, a certified Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator who is committed to helping participants communicate openly and respectfully. As a neutral third party, Charles does not act as a lawyer or judge and does not make decisions for either side. Instead, he guides calm, productive conversations, helps clarify the issues at hand, and supports both parties as they work toward a practical agreement that feels fair and manageable.
